Hi Fabrizio! You have to soak the rice for at least 1 hour before you cook it. Then heat the rice to a gentle boil and cover it but leave the lid slightly ajar so a wee bit of steam escapes. Let it
cook on a medium to lowish heat for 10-15 minutes. Check it and if there is still water sitting on top of the rice, let it heat for another 5-10 minutes. Check it again.
If there is no water sitting on top of the rice, turn the stove off, cover the pan completely and let it sit on the hot burner for another 10 minutes. You're done!
This rice is VERY sticky but very yummy to me, Miss Maggie!
